Delving into ancient spiritual wisdom of the Divine Feminine Cycle of Maturity.
Week Two:
Creating individually tailored, natural and herbal remedies protocol, to ease the symptoms of the physical, mental and emotional transformation into the Mature Feminine Cycle.
Week Three:
Working with letting go of the outdated mental and emotional beliefs and embracing this beautiful and powerful period of our lives.
Week Four:
Reconnecting with our physical body for deep relaxation and well-being and learning to work with our own life force energy for healing and renewed vitality.
Week Five:
Tuning into our own unique essence of beauty and learning to prepare simple nourishing, regenerative, and revitalizing natural herbal skin care products for feeling and looking our best.
